The Allure of Urushi by Ayako Nagamori 1.12 - 30.12.2018

Using along with gold, silver, and seashell inlays, Ayako Nagamori has ambitiously employed a wide variety of lacquer art techniques to create beautifully decorated objects. 

The Gallery by SOIL invites all to experience a first view of her urushi creations. She will demonstrate Raden, one of the major Japanese lacquer decoration techniques on this occasion.
